Shipping Method We Use
We ship all items through UPS International Express to all over the world. Additionally, UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your event, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you'll receive your order:
(Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Estimated Delivery Time
Processing Time: the period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we will contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product. It depends on when you approve the proofs.
Shipping Time: from the time the item is shipped to the time it arrives at your door. It usually takes about 2-3 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time: The total period of time is from you approve the proofs to you get wedding invitations. It takes about 5-6 business days.
Our Standard Shipping Charges
We use free UPS 48 hours International Express to deliver your packages. You will get free shipping to USA/CA. Shipping to other countries, please contact with us (sales@rs2guru.com).
We will notify our customer when order shipped
When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online - UPS. Click here to track your order.
Important
You can't change your shipping address after you placed an order, or we probably will cancel the order and refund the money to you. So please make sure you left the correct shipping address while you making the order.
Return Policy
We want customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:
Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within three business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization (pictures) of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, and you can open it, but don't make it dirty or altered.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs both ways unless we are responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
