What's the price include?

When you order invitation cards, the price includes: invitation cards , printed outer envelops,response cards and printed return envelops; if you buy thank you cards, reception cards are free.

Can I cancel the order if I don't want it?

Please contact us within 12 hours after you order if you need to cancel your order.By the way, we will try our best to make you satisfied.

What method can I choose to make the payment?

You can pay with PayPal, Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express, E Check (If you use E-Check, the process will take about 4 business days due to clearance process.) and Western Union (If you want to use Western Union, please contact us for more information).

Can I change order informations after you receive it?

If you've already placed your order but you need to change something, please connect with us immediately by email or Livechat. We will try our best to make changes for you before order is processed. Because of our fast turnaround time, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to intercept or change any order once it has reached our plant. It's very important for you to make sure all the information is correct before you tell us to print. This can help avoid the process and cost of reprinting.

Can I personalize the color or size of invitations?

The sizes of the invitations we sell are available only as shown on our website, but the color of background,design and wording can be personalized. Choose the color from our color chart and Write the color number you want in the form of "Special Instructions or Comments about Your Order (Other requests such us color change and etc.)") with your specific requirement.

Can I use foreign language other than English on one invitation?

Yes, we can print your invitations in a foreign language, as long as you provide the wording. If your foreign language does not use the English alphabet, please e-mail us the verse in other language or fill in the form of "Use my own verse for wedding invitations" when you place an order.

Can I change the fonts of wording?

Yes! Choose a lettering style that catches your eye and matches your wedding style. Select the font style from the order form and then our designer will do that for you.

Can I use my own verse for wedding invitations or response cards?

Yes! When you place an order, you can fill in the blank named as "Use My Own Verse". For the wording on response cards,you can write in the blank form named”special instructions and comment”, we will use your words for the cards.

Will the color vary between the real products and the proofs?

Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.

What does "M" stand for on the response cards?

The "M" means the title line for your guests to write their names. For example: "M_________" = "Mr. & Mrs. David Smith". You can change it to "Name(s)" if you want.

What transport do you use to deliver orders?

We can ship orders overseas. We normally use UPS and shipping time is about 4~5 workdays (depending upon your location). UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is on its way.

Can the order be shipped to a P.O. BOX?

No, we are sorry we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes, you need to provide a physical address to keep your order safe.

Will the order need a signature?

FedEx/UPS Express Air orders need a signature. Please make sure someone home to sign for the package. If you want the package left at the front door, you can contact with the express company after we send you the tracking number.

Can I track the status of shipping after order is sent out?

Yes, after your order is shipped out, we will email you the tracking informations to you. You can go to the shipping company website to check the shipping status.

how long will it take for me to receive order if I live overseas?

Once we receive your order ,we will send the eproofs within 36 hours. After you confirm, the printing takes about 2 business days. Shipping usually takes 2 - 3 business days. So, you can receive your order in 5 - 6 business days after you approve the proofs. Again, this is assuming you provide correct informations and no changes needed.

I really need my cards soon. Can you rush orders?

We will try our best to rush your order. After we receive your order, our worker will check the date and make sure you can receive it on time.

Is a free catalog available?

Unfortunately because we have so many wedding invitations, our supplier has not provided us with a item catalogue. All the styles are shown on our site.You can go to the website and choose one you like.

Where do I put my return address on wedding invitations?

It is wedding Etiquette that a return address on a wedding invitation should be written on the back flap. It can either be printed or handwritten. NOTE: you should always handwrite your guests' addresses.

How long before wedding should I order wedding invitations?

You should order wedding invitations at least four months before the wedding. Engraved and letterpress invitations should be ordered four to five months in advance.

When should we mail out wedding invitations?

You can mail out your wedding invitations 8-10 weeks before the wedding. Take into account mailing time so that you may need to mail people living farther away earlier than others. A summer mailing for a fall wedding should be sent so that guests receive them nine to ten weeks before the date since people may be vacationing and will open their mail later than usual.

Whose names should I include on the invitation?

Normally, if the bride's parents are hosting and paying for the entire event, only the bride's parents' names are listed at the top of the invitation.Now, if the groom's parents are paying for almost half of the wedding, you may also put their names at the top of the invitation. If they are only paying for a few minor (expected) things you may include them on the invitation as "son of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Smith".

Are response cards necessary?

Response cards is kind of necessary for any first-time wedding for over 50 guests or more. There are ways to lessen the "fill-in-the-blank" look of the R.S.V.P. card while still providing a practical means of response.

If two people live in the same house, should I send one invitation or two?

Based on their relationship, if they are couple or married, you may send only one invitation to them, but address the name alphabetically on separate lines. If they were just simply housemates, it would be better to send two invitations to them separately. Children which are under the age of 18 may just be included on the invitation with their parents, however if children the age more above 18, would be better to receive the invitations separately with parents.

How many programs should I order?

To make the decision on the amount of the programs you should order, it basically according to the amount of guests you wish to attend. It would be better to order one program for each of the guest, but leave few extras for guests which may not counted, at least you may keep the souvenirs for yourself.
